If you are seeking Christian Counseling, you know that everyone - whether or not she or he believes in God - worships something. Meaning, we all live for things that, if we did not have them, would crush us.

Many of these are healthy desires in and of themselves. A spouse, a family, comfort, pleasure, success, approval. But we tend to turn these things into sources of life for us. And if we do not have them, we lose our sense of worth and meaning. We are destroyed. Hence, we are controlled by these desires and are not really free as we were meant to be.

We were made to live full and abundant lives, and become the best possible versions of ourselves.

We are seen, heard, and known by God himself. We are his. He loves us. Our personal worth is not tied to what we accomplish, what we have, or who likes us. We find worth in being fully known and deeply loved by God. He is the one who restores us when we turn to Him. He helps us to live lives that overflow with peace, thankfulness, and joy, despite circumstances. Lives that show God's beauty and love..

I will bring all the training and skills I have to our times together, to the best of my ability. And at the same time, I will rely on Jesus to heal you and effect real and lasting change in your life.
